About Us
Intuition Health Coaching aims to provide more than just Personal Training. We focus on body and mind and want to change the way people think about exercise and fitness, allowing them to get more out of life and the sports they love.
Being based in the French Alps, we understand that to fully enjoy the “mountain lifestyle”, it’s important to stay fit and healthy.
The wide variety of sport and leisure activities available means that many of our clients usually want to be able to excel in several disciplines, and it’s highly likely they will be involved in some sort of competition at some point in the year.
We passionately believe that strength and conditioning, especially building and keeping muscle, is essential for mountain sports and is often overlooked by participants.
Our tailor made programs complement the work our clients are already doing towards their chosen sports.
